Daniel brings more than 25 years of globe-spanning leadership in tourism, aviation, and hospitality — from New Zealand to Australia to the U.S. He’s a strategist, a storyteller, and a connector of cultures. His vision isn’t just global — it’s personal. Every experience he creates is crafted with the precision of a seasoned leader and the heart of a true host.

Bobby is the heartbeat of hospitality. With over a decade on the front lines of Chicago’s top-tier restaurant scene, he’s a master of guest experience — blending warmth, wit, and world-class service. Whether it’s espresso or efficiency, he delivers both with signature flair.

Oh, and there is one more – Bourbon Thomas-Smith!

Bourbon is our unofficial (but highly effective) Chief Morale Officer. He keeps the team smiling and reminds us not to take life too seriously. We he’s not supervising from his bed or chasing his tail, Bourbon enjoys sniffing out new adventures and ensuring everyone leaves (after giving him hugs and kisses) with a smile.
